Hi! This shop is owned by two sisters, Ayeoops and Meloncake! Ayeoops is the main artist and designer of the store, while Meloncake helps out with everything else. Together, we just want to share these cute stickers and bring some colorful art to your life! All items are homemade or outsourced professionally, and we try our best use eco-friendly packaging. We process orders within 3-5 business days. Things have slown down since we both have jobs aside from this shop. We ship small sticker orders and other flat items in envelopes as Untracked Stamp Mail, but tracking is available as an upgrade with additional cost. Bulky items such as washi tape, notepads, and charms, are automatically tracked.
Stamp Mail and tracked orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed, please allow for extra time around holidays. Every order comes with a small freebie as a thank you for supporting our shop!
International shoppers:
Currently I can only offer shipping to US on Bigcartel. International shoppers are encouraged to go our Etsy Shop for global orders.
Shipment issues:
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, contact me and I will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. Please double check that your info is entered correctly during checkout and immediately contact me if you notice a mistake. Changes cannot be made once a package is dropped at the postal office.
We're a small shop, but we truly want to get your stickers to you! For the most part we haven't been asking customers to pay the additional shipping cost, so we ask that you be kind and do not take advantage of this.
POLICIES
All sales are final, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Every item is checked for quality but we are only human and slight mistakes may still make it through. Colors may appear differently on different screens or vary slightly between print batches, but I try to ensure that they are as accurate as possible for your shopping experience. Your information is used only for shipping your order or contacting you in the event of a problem.
